Fused sterling forms this adjustable bracelet with a bud of deep blue, faceted, opaque sapphire.

The 7 1/2” circumference which would fit a medium/smallcan wrist. It can be adjusted to be slightly smaller or bigger. Because of it’s open form it has some give to make it easier to slide on or off.
